You are Here: A Self-Check is an easy, 30-question assessment that we administer to new coaching clients.  It gives your coach a strong understanding of how you feel about your professional self and the current state of your professional career.  It should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete.

In order to take the assessment, you will need a five-digit Client ID Code from your coach.  During the assessment, you are going to rate various aspects of your professional life by giving yourself stars for each category. The more stars you give yourself, the better you feel about the category presented. To select your stars, hover your pointer over the stars until you have highlighted the number you want, then click to lock in your selection.

There are a total of 30 categories. Please take your time and think carefully about how you feel RIGHT NOW about each category.

The Leadership & Influence Critique is an assessment in which our clients rate their level of agreement with 50 statements that reflect negative or adverse leadership traits.  The goal of the assessment is to give clients an opportunity to identify aspects of their personality or leadership style that can be improved.  The data we collect is used to customize our approach to coaching each client that takes this assessment.  It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

In order to take the assessment, you will need a six-digit Client ID Code from your coach.  During the assessment, you are going to think about each statement and rate your level of agreement by giving yourself stars for each category. The more stars you give yourself, the more you agree with the statement presented.  To select your stars, hover your pointer over the stars until you have highlighted the number you want, then click to lock in your selection.

There are a total of 50 statements. Please think about each statement but don’t take too long.  Use your intuition as much as possible to assess how much you agree with the statements.

The Experience-of-Self Inquiry (ESI) is a series of questionnaires developed by Critical Victories as a way to quickly gather important information from clients regarding specific factors that are likely to affect their performance at work.

Although we are social creatures, all of us experience life and those around us – alone.  We feel alone.  We think alone.  We see and hear alone.  Yes, being around people we respect and enjoy enhances our experience, but we experience life alone with our thoughts and feelings, even when we are surrounded by others.  At first, this may sound a bit disconcerting but, in fact, it is liberating.  Why?  Because it reminds us that we are in control of how we think and feel – and so is everyone else.  Coaching, among other things, helps clients better control themselves and how they react to their environment.

ESI – 1:  Reconciliation

ESI – 2:  Certainty

ESI – 3:  Safety

ESI – 4: Confidence

ESI – 5:  Buoyancy

ESI – 6:  Relevance

Our 360 Invited External Feedback (360-IEF) is a series of questionnaires developed by Critical Victories to allow our clients to solicit the honest and confidential feedback of friends, family, coworkers, colleagues, and managers who are familiar with our clients personally, professional, or both.  Each client is provided a Client ID Code which is used by the raters in lieu of our clients’ actual names.

Instructions: Raters, please click the instrument below that best applies to you.  Take time to think about each question and answer it to the best of your ability.  Don’t worry about being wrong.  Even if you are wrong, Critical Victories compares your answers with feedback provided by other raters and our clients’ self-assessments.  What matters most is sharing with us what you believe or know about our client.  It is our job to make sure your feedback informs our coaching of and interactions with our client.

360 – 1: Family & Friends

360 – 2:  Coworkers & Colleagues

  360 – 3:  Managers/Executives

Our Team Function Assessments (TFA) are used in conjunction with organizational consulting projects where we carefully measure attitudes and thoughts about team effectiveness.  Each rater is provided a Client ID Code which is used in lieu of our clients’ actual names.  Please follow the instructions provided by your Critical Victories coach or consultant before taking the TFA assessments.

Instructions: Raters, you will be asked to complete each of the assessments below.  TFA-1 asks you to rate your level of agreement (scale of 0-100) about statements pertaining to the functioning of your team.  TFA-2 asks you to rate your level of agreement (scale of 0-100) about statement pertaining to your own personal effectiveness in the workplace.  TFA-3 asks to you estimate what the average ratings will be for all ratings on the first 10 statements of TFA-1.  Again, please carefully follow the instructions provided by your Critical Victories coach or consultant.
