What to Expect

We contract directly with clients to provide a variety of standard and customized organizational consulting services that are designed to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. In some cases, we may work with clients to help them correct or recover from  an organizational failure that has compromised the confidence of customers, stakeholders, or the general public. After engaging our clients in a contractual relationship of mutual benefit, we take a general approach that includes some or all of the following steps:

  • Leadership interviews
  • Employee interviews
  • Standardized assessments
  • Review of policies, procedures, and communications
  • Review of documents and communications pertaining to mission and vision
  • Review of public or organizational charters
  • Review of job descriptions and HR data
  • Identification of priorities for improving policies, procedures, and practices
  • Collaborate with key players to design and implement long-term solutions
