Program Summary

A Sustained 12-week training and coaching program for forensic science professionals seeking to transition their leadership skills into executive effectiveness. 

Participants are guided through weekly learning modules supported by videos, articles, personal exercises, assessments, and other tools designed to facilitate personal growth and reflection.  

Three private one-on-one coaching sessions are held at scheduled intervals.  Four team/group coaching sessions are also included.   

As personal growth occurs, it serves as a platform on which to build team synergy and healthy organizational cultures within each participant’s forensic science laboratory

Time Commitment

Our program is designed to accommodate the most demanding schedules.  Participants should expect to commit approximately 2-4 hours per week, which can vary from week to week.  Our group coaching sessions are recorded, so participants can view a session if there is a scheduling conflict.
