Forensic science matters to people. Without it, our societal pursuit and expectation of justice would falter. Forensic science makes our criminal justice system more accurate and reliable, but too often it is mischaracterized in the press and other forms of news media. Whenever we feel that our experience and expertise can help clarify important issues related to forensic science, we utilize multiple channels through which to voice our opinions in a thoughtful and constructive way.
