WORKSHOP INFORMATION
Strength-Based Leadership and Teamwork is a program for helping supervisors and administrators in municipal government to optimize their teams for maximum effectiveness. Our program integrates the results of your Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment with those of your Big Five Personality assessment, allowing you to better appreciate yourself and other, while you build and apply a more natural and genuine approach to influencing people.
Our goal is to first achieve leadership excellence through “high-resolution self-awareness,” then apply our knowledge of strengths to lead and supervise with greater confidence, clarity, and effectiveness.
