Workshop Information
Strength-Based Leadership and Teamwork is a program for helping supervisors and administrators in Michigan government to optimize their teams for maximum effectiveness. Our program is based on the Gallup CliftonStrengths model. Each of our participants will complete the CliftonStrengths assessment and receive their personal strengths profile prior to the workshop. Our goal is to first achieve leadership excellence through “high-resolution self-awareness,” then apply our knowledge of strengths to lead and supervise with greater confidence, clarity, and effectiveness.
